Contract Complience
S2M analysts will complete a detailed examination of any key contracts and ensure that what you've paid for is what you get. This is not a cost reduction exercise.
We carry out a full review of supplier contracts selected by you. S2M's analysts will investigate over charging against contracted prices, retrospective discounts which have never been claimed, billing when an agreement has ended, etc.
We look at a comparison of prices paid to a supplier against the prices stipulated in the contract.
Where they can S2M analysts will compile a comprehensive claim with all relevant back up to support it. We will then assist your staff in the negotiations with a supplier if the claim is substantial.
